Important message to all MUA Members employed by Tidewater

Industrial Action Stopped by Federal Court Injunction.

The following notice is required by Order of the Federal Court of Australia

(a)         any continuation of the Industrial Action is not authorised by the Maritime Union of Australia or by any person acting on behalf of the Maritime Union of Australia  and

(b)         all of  the Maritime Union’s Members who are employed by Tidewater must immediately cease and not take Industrial Action.
