Paul Petersen elected as Queensland Branch Assistant Branch Secretary

The MUA is pleased to announce that Paul Petersen has been elected as the Queensland Branch Assistant Secretary.

MUA National Secretary Paddy Crumlin congratulated Petersen and thanked the other two candidates, Michael McLennan and Robert Maguire, for taking part in the ballot.

"I wish to congratulate the successful candidate Paul Petersen on his election and thank the other candidates for their nominations and look forward to working with all comrades in the best interest of our members and union," Crumlin said.

MUA Divisional National Returning Officer Bill Giddins said Petersen will take office on July 3.
