Deficiencies/issues:
Advice received on 22 June 2014. Vessel has been here for 3 days now and we have had many issues regarding all the cranes. At this point of time Qube has issued the vessel and client with a deficency notice for the operations on this vessel. Outstanding issues include cranes brakes slipping hoist shuttering slew shuttering 30 tone cranes unable to lift 16 tones oil leaks throughout the crane towers and so on.
