It is with great saddness that we announce the passing of MUA member Jimmy Bray
The funeral for Jimmy will be held at Fremantle Cemetery on Friday 26th April, commencing at 10 am.
Drinks will be on at the MUA WA BRANCH after the service to celebrate the life of Jimmy.
Full notice will be published in Monday's West Australian.
For those living in the Rockingham area buses will be put on to the service and returning from the wake later in the day.
Pick up points for the buses will be the Last Drop Inn located in Warnbro (leaving at 0845 am) and the George and Dragon located in Shoalwater (leaving at 0900 am).
Anyone wishing to use the buses need to contact the WA Branch on 08 9335 0500 to register and interest and give an indication of which pick up point they will use.
The family request that no flowers be sent to the funeral service and instead, we are requesting that anyone wishing to make a contribution do so to the MUA RETIRED VETERANS ASSOCIATION. Envelopes will be made available at the service. The MUA Retired Vets were a big part of our day's life and we see this as a fitting way to honour him and continue supporting something he was so passionate about.
Lastly the family wish to again thank everyone for the love, support and messages of condolences they have received. The messages of support have been overwhelming just goes to show how many lives Jimmy touched and confirms to us his life was not wasted.
