Vale James Patrick (Paddy) Green 1924-2016
Sad news has been received that James Patrick Green better known to all as Paddy passed away on Monday at the ripe old age of 92. He will be well known to the Victorian members of the Seaman’s Union. He was a union man all his life and was very proud of the fact he had Seaman’s Union book number 2. His sister, Nancy Marks, was also a long-standing employee of the Victorian branch of the SUA.
I’d like to personally pass on my condolences to the family, and recognise Paddy as a good union man all of his life.
The service for him is being held at: Tobin Bros Expressions of Life Chapel, 21 Lyall Rd, Berwick, Vic on Monday (July 4, 2016) at 2:00 pm
