Solidarity with Hong Kong dockers refused Their right to strike

Members of the Union of Hong Kong Dockers are being refused their fundamental right to strike after their employer Hong Kong International Terminals (HIT) gained a temporary injunction against them.

It means they have been thrown out of the Kwai Tsing container. They are struggling to gain the opportunity for transparency, good faith dialogue with HIT over the health and safety, working conditions, the need for pay disparity between contract and directly- employed workers and the exploitation of outsourced workers.
There is a subcontractor of a global network terminal operator Hutchison.

Dockers must unite to show these global giants that they have to take some responsibility for the welfare of those workers employed by subcontractors.
