The new automated verification system will start Monday. All members on EAS that have chosen SMS or Email will receive a notification every Monday to which they have to reply to.
All members must choose their notification setting on EAS, it is a compulsory field but you may still choose NONE which will means you will be contact by your branch.
It is sent once a week – Every Monday
All members that are available for work on the EAS database will receive and SMS or Email if you have chosen the automated system. You MUST reply to the email or SMS. If you do not reply you will be removed from the database.
This is a feature of the new database designed to free up the time that the branch staff spend each week checking the availability of members and will assist in maintaining and accurate database.
