"Walkways are too narrow and do not comply with marine orders. Bays affected: 03, 05, 11, 13, 19, 21, 23 & all of and including 25 through to 68. Distance between handrails is anywhere from 380 - 510ml instead of the min 550ml required. (Only bays 01, 07, 09, 15, 17 are up to marine orders 32 standard)."
