Defects or Issues Identified

"Certificate numbers on blocks of crane 3 and 4 were extremely hard to identify. Blocks on crane 1 and 2 were re-stamped by a class surveyor. All shackles and hooks on all cranes had no certificate numbers that could be identified, so were not used."
