Candidates and Scrutineers are encouraged to read their Rights and Responsibilities which can be viewed and downloaded here.
Candidates should note that once Scrutineers are appointed and notified to the Returning Officer, the Scrutineer may participate in observing the collection and storage of returned ballot materials in the period up to the close of the ballot on June 15, 2015.
