Despite some claims to the contrary, no agreement has been reached on a new EBA for Patrick Terminals.
MUA Deputy National Secretary Mick Doleman said: "No agreement has been reached and discussions are ongoing.
"We've got another meeting planned for next week to continue to work through the pressure points."
