The Maritime Union of Australia appeared in the Federal Court yesterday challenging the Temporary Licence granted to Alcoa by the Federal Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development.
The Full Court of Justice Rares, Reeves and Jagot, have reserved their decision.
Their finding and reasons will be published at a later date. The Maritime Union of Australia will make comment on proceedings at this time.
