On Sunday 11 March a delegation of members from the MUA joined the 5000-strong rally held in Auckland, New Zealand.
The MUA sent over a delegation of members and officials to support our brothers and sisters in the Maritime Union of New Zealand who are fighting the Ports of Auckland.
Last week, MUNZ wharfies employed by Ports of Auckland received termination notices but are determined to fight on.
Comrades from the ILWU and other internaitonal maritime unions were also there, as was the International Transport Workers Federation.
