ITF Rally Supports Dublin Dockworkers
Maritime and transport workers rallied outside the Collins Street headquarters of Deutsche Bank on Frida, in support of Dublin dockworkers who have been on strike for 15 weeks.
Deutsche Bank is a stakeholder in a company that owns Marine Terminals, the employer in this dispute and the protest was organised to send the bank a message that affiliates of the International Transport Workers' Federation in Australia are supporting our ITF comrades on the Dublin Waterfront.
The Victorian Trades Hall Council supported the solidarity rally and has demanded an end to confrontational and aggressive employer tactics.
