MUA members on the CSL Goliath on Friday, 16th March 2018 voted and endorsed the CSL Goliath Enterprise Agreement.
During the negotiations MUA officials and delegates received a requested letter assuring the crew that the Goliath will come back to the Australian coast when it goes for its proposed drydock. This letter provides some relief from the stress on the crew that have been concerned that the Goliath may go the way of other Australian ships.
We will continue to negotiate with CSL in good faith for the agreement of the Iron Chieftain and the remaining CSL agreements.
