Members are advised that in accordance with s68 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 a copy of the amalgamation post ballot report, issued by the Australian Electoral Commission in relation to the ballot of MUA members, can be obtained from the AEC on the request of a member who was eligible to vote in the amalgamation ballot.
