FOC Cargo Ship Drifts Towards Oil & Gas Rigs

On Thursday 11/1/07 local time the flag of convenience (FOC) registered cargo ship

Vindo, lost all power drifting dangerously towards oil and gas rigs in the Southern

North Sea.
