The murderous military regime responsible for his prolonged torture and subsequent death on the 20 May 2005 must be held responsible and be exposed to the international community. Conference demands that all civilised governments across the globe take immediate action against the illegal and notorious "State Peace and Development Council (SPDC)" the self installed Burmese military Junta and to isolate politically and economically. Further we are committed to ensuring that the sickening murder of our brother Ko Moe Naung is recognized as an atrocity perpetrated against Burmese men and women in their struggle to achieve fundamental human rights. Vale brother Ko Moe Naung forever remembered as a heroic fighter for human and workers rights, conference dedicates this as: "The Second International Pacific Rim Mining and Maritime Unions Seminar in memorial of Ko Moe Naung."
