Patrick Terminals EBA endorsed04 June 2008By MUA-News -
Brisbane Patrick Terminal members yesterday endorsed their enterprise agreement.This concludes all four ports with Sydney, Melbourne,Fremantle and Brisbane members voting to endorse the agreement over the past fortnight. MUA Assistant National Secretary Mick Doleman who led the negotiations thanked all the delegates and officials for their work on the EA. "It's safe to say we have got back all the things Patricks took in the washup of the 1998 dispute," he said. The main features of the new agreement are a 5 per cent payrise each year over three years, improvements in paid parental leave and increased flexible working arrangements for all employee's whilst maintaining the structure of the roster.
