Minto workers need our help

By Mich-Elle Myers Delegate, Patrick Port Botany

The bosses at Esselte - a company that makes books and stationary - have decided to put their entire work force at their Minto factory on AWAs that will tear away at their conditions and penalty rates, and remove their right to collectively bargain.

The bosses are threatening all those that choose to remain in their union - the National Union of Workers - and not sign the AWA with the sack.

The NUW is holding a peaceful assembly at the Minto factory this weekend (Saturday 30th June and Sunday 1st July) from 7 am to 4 pm.

The address of the factory is 365, Pembroke Road, Minto.

THE WORKERS NEED YOUR HELP!

Please come and show your support; or just pass this message to your friends in the Labour movement.
